Reiki
If you’ve been thinking about booking your first Reiki session, I’d love to share a few things with you. You don’t need to fully understand Reiki, and you certainly don’t need to “believe” in it for it to be a beautiful experience. All I ask is that you come with an open mind and allow yourself the space to simply be. Reiki offers you the chance to pause. To breathe. To rest. To reconnect with yourself.
Whilst many people experience a deep sense of relaxation, Reiki may also help you feel calmer, clearer, lighter and more balanced, giving both your mind and body the opportunity to recharge. Every session is different because every person is different.
