My Breathwork/Soundbath events offer you a sacred space to slow down, release what no longer serves you, and reawaken your inner light.
Using the power of Breathwork & Sound, each session invites deep healing, emotional release, and a profound sense of renewal. I may also include reiki and guided meditation to truly create a transformative experience for mind, body, and soul.
I also collaborate with other holistic and wellness practitioners, adding layers of nurturing support, such as yoga, amongst others.
This is your time. A moment just for you. To reset. To restore. To breathe.

This is a deeply supportive breathwork experience designed to help your nervous system settle, reset and feel safe.
Using immersive headphones, you’ll be guided gently through breathwork, with carefully curated soundscapes, frequencies and spoken guidance delivered directly into your ears. This allows you to drop in more deeply, with fewer external distractions, creating a sense of privacy and containment even in a group setting.
Breathwork works by communicating directly with the body. As your breathing softens and steadies, your nervous system begins to respond, releasing old tension and learning a new baseline of safety.
This experience isn’t about pushing or forcing anything.
You are always in control, moving at a pace that feels right for you.

This session is suitable whether you’re new to breathwork or already familiar with the practice. Everything is guided, held and trauma-aware.
Bring a pillow, blanket, eye mask, journal (if you wish) and water. Wear layers so you can remove clothing if you get too warm.
Simply arrive, get comfortable, put on the headphones and allow your body to do what it already knows how to do — breathe.

This is a deeply nurturing experience designed to help your body and mind slow down, soften and feel safe.
Using immersive headphones, you’ll be guided through a gentle meditation while being bathed in carefully curated soundscapes, frequencies and soothing tones. The sound bath works on a cellular level, supporting the nervous system to settle and release tension without effort.
With the headphones on, the outside world fades away.
This creates a sense of privacy and containment, allowing you to fully let go — even in a group setting.
The sounds and guidance are intentionally chosen to support relaxation, emotional balance and inner stillness. There’s nothing to do, no way to get it right. Simply rest and receive.
This experience can support:

I help you quiet the mind, release tension in the body, and create space for clarity, inner peace and in this session - Power!

I’ll be providing a beautiful soundbath. The soundbath will follow the breathwork and will provide space to reflect on any thoughts or emotions that may have come up throughout the day. The soundbath will provide the perfect space to pause and reflect.
