Soundbaths

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing, immersive experience where gentle sound vibrations help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring the body back into balance.

Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other harmonic sounds, you are guided into a state of rest where your body can naturally soften and release. There’s nothing you need to do - simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to wash over you.

Many people describe a sound bath as feeling like a reset - mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Sound baths work on both a physical and energetic level. The vibrations help guide the brain into slower, more restorative states, supporting deep relaxation and inner stillness.

Sound Baths with Breathwork & Guided Meditation

Sound baths can be experienced on their own or gently woven together with breathwork and guided meditation.

Paired with breathwork & guided meditation

When combined with breathwork, the breath helps prepare the body and nervous system, allowing you to drop more deeply into the experience.

Guided meditation offers soft direction, helping you settle, let go, and reconnect inwardly, while the sound supports and deepens the process.

These blended sessions are especially supportive if you’re feeling busy, disconnected, or in need of space to slow down and reset.

Collaborative & Retreat Experiences

I also collaborate with other facilitators to offer soundbaths as part of retreat days, weekend experiences, and special events.

These collaborations allow for a richer, more holistic experience, often combining sound healing with practices such as breathwork, movement, meditation, or other nurturing therapies. Whether held in intimate groups or larger retreat settings, these experiences are designed to help you step away from daily demands and reconnect with yourself in a safe, supportive environment.
