About Jo

I am a trauma-informed holistic therapist and breathwork facilitator specialising in practical, body-based approaches to stress regulation and emotional resilience. My work bridges science and embodiment, helping individuals and teams manage pressure while sustaining performance and wellbeing.

I collaborate with Nicola Gimson, a highly experienced neurocoach, nervous system practitioner and transformational facilitator. Together, we combine psychology, neuroscience and breathwork to deliver grounded, evidence-based wellbeing programmes that support both people and performance.
