VANTA came from my own unravelling.

From a time when I needed breath to save me.

To anchor me.

To show me what was really going on underneath all the noise.

And every time I thought I’d healed… breath took me deeper.

That’s what this is.

And the name?

VANTA comes from Vantablack the darkest black ever created.

A colour that absorbs 99.9% of light.

It represents the shadow.

The void.

The parts of us that we fear… but also the place where transformation begins.

Because in that dark,

when you close your eyes,

that’s where breath does its work.

That’s why it sits over the eyes.

Because this isn’t about what you look like it’s about what you’re ready to see within yourself.
